What to Expect After Your DSCR Loan Funds

Congratulations on closing your DSCR loan with Upright Lending! Here is a quick overview of what to expect now that your loan has funded.
Loan Servicing with Selene Finance
Your loan is serviced by Selene Finance, which means Selene handles the ongoing administration of your loan after closing. You will receive a welcome package from Selene that includes your Loan ID and instructions for setting up your account.
Through Selene, you can:
- Make monthly payments
- View statements
- Manage escrow and insurance
- Request payoff statements
If you do not receive your welcome package within a few weeks of funding, contact your branch team and they will help you get set up. You can also register for your account with Selene here.
Payments
Monthly payments are made directly through Selene Finance. Your welcome package will include all the details you need, including your payment amount, due date, and how to submit payments. We recommend setting up autopay through Selene so you never miss a due date.
Your Borrower Dashboard
Your Borrower Dashboard is still accessible at app.upright.us/home, where you can view your loan details and start future loan applications.
We are actively building new features for DSCR borrowers, including reflecting your Loan ID and payment information, and providing you with direct links to Selene. Check the Knowledge Center for updates as new features roll out.
