Getting Around Sitewire: Your Portal and App
Use whichever surface is in front of you. Only a few things are tied to one or the other.
Your login is the same for both, and most of the time you can use whichever is in front of you. Only a few things are tied to one surface.
Either one
- Open a draw and enter your line item amounts
- Review what your team captured
- Check the status of a draw
- Submit, once the media is complete
Mobile app only
- Capturing photos and video
Web portal only
- Uploading documents such as permits, invoices, and receipts
- Requesting a budget reallocation
- Adding and managing your team
- Reopening a draw so your team can add more media
- Viewing your full budget and draw history
The web portal is at portal.sitewire.co.
Download the app:
- iPhone: Sitewire Mobile on the App Store. Requires iOS 16.4 or later and is built for iPhone.
- Android: Sitewire Mobile on Google Play
You do not have to remember the Sitewire address. Your Upright Lending borrower portal links straight through in two places.
From your account. A link that opens all of your Sitewire projects at once.
From a specific project. Request Draw and Manage Budget both drop you directly into that loan in Sitewire.
Your Sitewire login is separate from your Upright Lending login, so you will sign in with your Sitewire credentials.
The tabs in your portalProperties. Every property you have in Sitewire. If you work with more than one lender that uses Sitewire, you will see all of those projects here, not just your Upright Lending loans.
Draws. All of your draw requests, active and historic, with the current status of each.
Site Check. Simple inspection requests that are not tied to a draw. We will share more soon within a Site Check Inspections section once this service is utilized.
Setup. Manage your teams and invite co-owners or delegates. Each team can be assigned to specific properties. See Adding Your Team in Sitewire.
My Profile. Your phone number and password.
What you will find on a property pageClick into any property and you get the full picture of that project:
- Your team on that property
- A summary of the project
- Your progress against the agreed budget
- Your origination date and maturity date
- Your full budget, broken down by draw, showing what has been approved and released and what remains
- A draw history summary
- Related documents: inspections, permits, plans, and the appraisal
Contact your branch for anything about your project or your loan. For app or portal trouble, Sitewire support is at support@sitewire.co or through the messenger inside the app.
