Your Upright Lending account is where you manage the full lifecycle of your loan in one place. We designed it to be straightforward and transparent—so you always know what’s happening, what’s next, and who to contact if you need help.
What you can do in your account

Start a new loan request and manage active requests

Submit requests (draws, extensions, & payoffs, when applicable)

Stay connected with your dedicated team for quick answers and guidance
Logging in & access (Email + “Continue with Google”)
You can access your account using:

Email + password, or
-
“Continue with Google” (recommended if you prefer not to manage a separate password)
If you forget your password: use “Forgot password” on the login screen.
If you use Google: click “Continue with Google” and sign in with the email tied to your Upright Lending account.
Trouble logging in?

Confirm you’re using the correct email address (the one connected to your borrower profile)

Check spam/junk if you’re expecting a password reset email

If you’re still stuck, contact your Upright Lending team—your file can keep moving while we resolve access
Communication & notifications
To keep your loan moving quickly, keep your phone/email current and turn on notifications so you don’t miss time-sensitive steps (documents, scheduling, servicing updates).
